Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

No it's not Santa Claus!! >:V

xD yea i'm back...like FINALLY!!

Sorry for disappearing for too long

well I guess most of you are saying "who is this freak?" x'D haha!! Yes I do admit I was gone for like......3 months? I think oO it's a LOOOOOOONG time but reason for was that school decided to throw out it's big guns

and yea now I do believe what people have said that senior year IS in fact the "hardest" year, i've had many big projects and thank goodness they're all over with

but we've started another one x.....x yea, just when I thought I was free right? Well to be honest this one WILL be easy, it's in Spanish class and well, all we have to do is teach the class. Create a game, short quiz, and a worksheet which i've already broken down in my mind and currently writing down

because it's just THAT easy ~~for me~~.
So yea that's why i've been gone C: but now I am back

So i'm currently working on AT's, Commissions, and gifts, they've all been sketched out some time ago and were just waiting to be colored D: now I can do that, before I had no time to do so

On other "news" xD my babies

Paco and Pollie had had 6 eggs a month ago and this past week going into this one 4 eggs have hatched and now we're waiting for the other two

so happy

they're soooooooo small and chubby THEY'RE FREAKEN ADORABLE!! >w< and last year they had 5 babies which they'll be a year old the first week of July

If I have forgotten to say something i'll probably remember after I finish writing this =3= always happens...it's annoying.

Before I finish writing this journal I have to say...........
